First of all, as you know, Rockin' Horse has been trying out different lead guitarists... it's difficult to find that "magic" fit that we had with Jeff Pardi, but we have found some very talented people who give us hope... 

First of all, David Bell and Maribeth McCormick of the BellCurve Duo (and David, also being a former member of Rockin' Horse) have done a beautiful job filling in for us!!  We sincerely thank them!!

Next, Dean (Jeff) Jeffries has joined us, with his amazing lick for lick guitar playing and what a great guy he is too!!!  He could be our guy but....

Due to the fact that Jeff (new Jeff) might have to go back up north for a while to be with his elderly father, and not knowing exactly how long he will be there, we are still searching for a lead guitar/lead singer to join us.  Meanwhile, we will be using both Jeff and David/Maribeth for Rockin' Horse gigs at this time.  

That is it my friends.. Just wanted you faithful followers of CINDY LAWLESS to get the inside scoop!!!  Don't tell anyone else now!!  That would take away YOUR special standing here... Rusty's Raw Bar and Grill and also the new Rhythm House!!!  Rockin' Horse is happy to be playing both!!

We also hope to see our friends in Cape Coral at Fathom's Oktoberfest.. On Oct 10th.. Saturday, 2-5... the N2L Trio will be playing for the very first time in the Cape.  

I haven't blogged in a long time but it feels good to be back!!  Dave and I have been VERY busy preparing our old condo (we rented) for the owners.. who are coming down and retiring in November.  

Happy September 1st to you and here's to a great end of 2015 and onto 2016 (soon...).  It will be here before we know it!!!

Almost through with one of the most difficult weeks ever... 8/9 days singing/playing is a double edged sword.  It's great to be in demand but the voice can only take so much (and the legs!!!)  

Tomorrow ends the busiest week I can remember... with Daizy Chain at the Old Marco Lodge in Goodland from 3-7.  This will close out their season until the fall.  

There was lots of rain this week as well to add to the fun!!!  

What a rush it was yesterday, to play the big stage at Miromar Outlets!!!  I hear there were 25 thousand people in attendance!! The 80's Icon band was a lot of fun too.. great costumes/characters.... 

Dave and I still are not completely moved into our new place... so once this week is over, we'll be a different kind of busy!!!  It never ends.. does it!!??

Myers Beach) asking us to fill a date this Friday (May 22nd)... We usually keep Fri/Sat for Rockin' Horse, but we weren't able to get this one booked sooooo... we took the duo date!!  It may turn out to be a regular Wednesday gig... so if any of you can come out and support us there with your presence.. that would be AWWWesome.... (spoken in a sing songy tone)!!  This week our gigs are slim, but the following week we're slammed... so I'm just going to kick back and roll with it.  The duo will be called Flash Forward (reviving our old band name)... I have the cards and the banner so we're in business!!!  What the hey!!! :-D
